The worst thing about getting a new PC is transferring the data and getting it back just the way you like it. As well as time, you’ll need a large external drive and the knowledge of exactly where your Operating System has put all the files. I can do this for you securely and quickly.
I will:
- Perform a short consultation to determine which application you use, and get an idea of where your data may be
- Take a complete backup of your old drive
- Transfer data to your new drive
- Configure your applications to find and access the data
- Produce a report of the work carried out for your records
Most transfer services will lump your files into a new folder on the new PC and leave you to get on with it. We make sure they are configured, working and accessible as you’d expect.
